We are a Private Limited Company incorporated in 1982, we were previously a partnership firm started in 1966.

We, at N. J. Devani Builders are a family and work as a family. What we put together as one unit stays on even after our physical presence does not.

Our motto is loving what we do and giving YOU our best, nothing less- only more.

When we say we are like a family, we mean it. Most of us are related in some way or the other. Some may be second or third generation of old masons/ sub-contractors or relatives of old staff members.
 

We usually put up camp at site. All our people live there, we have a 24x7 kitchen. The staff members are also provided with all essentials like free laundry, lodging, boarding etc.

We usually induct fresher's, our company is and has been a proven training ground since 1969. Over a Hundred Civil contractors have had their first jobs here and some of them have become much bigger contractors than us, but then, we never wanted to be the biggest. 

We only take up works that we are confident of completing in time and to our standards. We are not turnover oriented. 
Our work will remain long after we have gone and we want to be proud of what we have built.
